Aplado Responsible Gaming

At Aplado, gaming is meant to be fun — a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape problems. We take our responsibility to Filipino players seriously, and we've built real tools to help you stay in control.

Gaming Should Always Feel Good

Aplado was built for Filipino players who love the thrill of online gaming — the excitement of a bingo call, the rush of a live casino table, the anticipation of a race finish. But we also know that for some players, that excitement can tip into something harder to manage.

That's why responsible gaming isn't just a checkbox for us. It's woven into how Aplado operates. From the moment you register, you have access to a full suite of tools that put you in control of your gaming experience — your spending, your time, and your limits.

We work within the framework set by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which oversees online gaming operations in the Philippines. Our responsible gaming practices are designed to meet and exceed PAGCOR's player protection standards.

Remember: Gambling is entertainment. If it stops feeling like fun, that's a signal worth paying attention to. Aplado's tools are here whenever you need them — no questions asked.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Aplado account. Once a limit is in place, it activates immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect right away — increasing one requires a cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you want to play in a single session. When your time is up, Aplado will notify you and, if you choose, automatically end your session. It's a simple way to keep gaming from eating into the rest of your day.

Reality Checks

Aplado can send you periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent during your current session. These reality checks help you stay aware of your activity without interrupting the flow of your game.

Cool-Off Periods

Need a short break? A cool-off period lets you pause your Aplado account for a set number of days — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time, you won't be able to log in or place bets. It's a breather, not a permanent goodbye.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, Aplado's self-exclusion tool lets you close your account for an extended period — from six months up to five years, or permanently. This is a serious commitment and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum amount you're comfortable losing over a given period. Once you hit your loss limit, Aplado will prevent further play until the period resets. It's one of the most effective tools for keeping your gaming within a budget you're happy with.

Strictly 21 and Above

Under PAGCOR regulations, online casino-style gaming in the Philippines is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Aplado enforces this rule strictly — no exceptions.

Mandatory ID Verification

Every new Aplado player must complete identity verification before they can deposit or play. We accept government-issued IDs such as PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, and PRC ID. Your date of birth is verified against your submitted ID.

Zero Tolerance for Underage Play

Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned. Aplado does not market to minors and does not allow underage individuals to access any real-money gaming features on the platform.

Parental Controls

If you share a device with younger family members, we strongly recommend using device-level parental controls and keeping your Aplado login credentials private. Never share your account details with anyone, especially minors in your household.

If you suspect a minor has accessed Aplado: Contact our support team immediately at support@aplado.net. We will investigate and take immediate action. Protecting young people from gambling harm is a responsibility we share with parents and guardians across the Philippines.

How to Exclude Yourself from Aplado

Self-exclusion is one of the most powerful tools available to players who feel their gaming is getting out of hand. The process on Aplado is straightforward and takes effect immediately. Here's how it works:

01
Log in to Your Aplado Account

Access your account from the website or the Aplado mobile app. Make sure you're using the account you want to exclude.

02
Go to Responsible Gaming Settings

Navigate to your account settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. All your player protection tools are located here in one place.

03
Choose Your Exclusion Period

Select from a cool-off period (days to weeks), a medium-term exclusion (six months to one year), a long-term exclusion (up to five years), or a permanent self-exclusion.

04
Confirm Your Decision

You'll be asked to confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your account is locked immediately. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or play during the exclusion period.

05
Contact Support if Needed

If you need help activating self-exclusion or prefer to do it through our support team, email us at support@aplado.net. We will process your request without delay.

Important: Self-exclusion on Aplado does not automatically exclude you from other gaming platforms. If you feel you need broader support, we encourage you to reach out to PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme for additional assistance.

Is Your Gaming Still in Control?

Honest self-reflection is the first step. If you answer "yes" to several of the questions below, it may be time to use Aplado's responsible gaming tools or seek outside support.

Do you find yourself spending more money on gaming than you originally planned, even when you set a budget beforehand?

Have you ever borrowed money, sold belongings, or used funds meant for bills or family needs in order to fund your gaming?

Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to cut back or stop playing for a period of time?

Have you tried to win back money you've lost by continuing to play — sometimes called "chasing losses"?

Has gaming started to affect your relationships with family or friends, your work performance, or your daily responsibilities?

Do you think about gaming frequently throughout the day, even when you're doing other things?

Have you hidden your gaming activity or the amount you've spent from people close to you?

Do you use gaming as a way to escape stress, anxiety, loneliness, or other difficult emotions?

If several of these resonate with you: You're not alone, and there's no shame in recognising it. Use Aplado's self-exclusion or cool-off tools right now, and consider reaching out to a trusted person in your life or a professional support service. Taking action early makes a real difference.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and isn't always easy to spot — especially from the inside. These are some of the most common warning signs that gaming may have become a problem rather than a pastime.

Financial strain: Consistently spending more than you can afford, accumulating debt, or neglecting essential expenses like rent, utilities, or groceries to fund gaming sessions.

Emotional dependency: Turning to gaming as a primary coping mechanism for stress, boredom, depression, or anxiety — rather than as occasional entertainment.

Loss of control: Being unable to stop playing even when you want to, repeatedly breaking self-imposed limits, or feeling compelled to keep going "just one more round."

Relationship damage: Neglecting family time, missing important events, lying to loved ones about gaming activity, or experiencing conflict at home or work because of gaming.

Chasing losses: Continuing to play in an attempt to recover money already lost, often leading to larger losses and a cycle that becomes increasingly difficult to break.

Preoccupation: Spending significant mental energy thinking about past gaming sessions, planning future ones, or calculating how to get more funds to play with.

PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Programme

Aplado operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR maintains a responsible gaming programme that provides resources, guidance, and support for Filipino players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with PAGCOR's player protection standards and to seek assistance through official PAGCOR channels if needed. Aplado fully supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and cooperates with all regulatory requirements related to player protection.

For responsible gaming concerns, you may also contact Aplado's support team directly at support@aplado.net. All responsible gaming requests are handled with full confidentiality and without judgment.
